IT Solutions, a growing technology consulting firm offering a wide variety of services to a diverse clientele, currently has an opening for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator for Network Services.
The individual we seek will serve as the main resource for the Client Service Manager. In addition to being well organized, efficient, and able to work with limited supervision, the candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements for this full-time position include:

A minimum of two years in an inside sales role

A minimum of one year in the IT industry

Hands-on experience with trouble ticket and quoting software (QuoteWerks, etc.)

Experience with IT distributors (Ingram, TechData, etc.)

Must be a team player and have the ability to deal with clients one-on-one via verbal and written communication
