Domus selected the Guardian level of ITS' SharedVision system, its unique approach to managed services offering flat-fee monthly billing for IT support.
Within the first few months it became clear that Domus' previous provider had neglected its network. ITS recommended that Domus upgrade its network to a much more stable solution, lessening the downtime for users.
"We did a complete renovation of our servers and ITS handled the planning and implementation," said Pantaliano. "ITS has been able to provide most of its support via the telephone or remote login and has also provided on-site services as
needed."
