Users can log in to their SalesForce system by way of the mobile claim application, and quickly refer a claimant to MedRisk's national network of physical and occupational therapists and chiropractors.
Users receive an e-mail confirmation after the referral has been submitted and can also register for MedRisk's dedicated web site for adjusters and nurse case managers from the App home page. The App is currently available to clients who provide MedRisk with their claims feeds.
