ITS provides cloud services for businesses: assessing which workloads are ready for the cloud, migrating them, and managing the results in public, private, or hybrid form. Public cloud work includes Microsoft Azure, backed by ITS status as a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Infrastructure, and private workloads run on ITS Private Cloud.

Organizations hosting systems in the ITS Private Cloud connect to them securely from any office or home location. ITS manages the platform itself, including capacity, patching, and monitoring, so the client team can focus on the applications that run on top of it.

Kansas City organizations are adopting AI to speed up everyday work, but choosing a tool is the easy part. Our AI Governance & Enablement Practice helps you roll out AI securely and manage it as use grows, while you keep control of your data, your risk, and the regulatory expectations your industry carries.

ITS delivers managed IT as fully managed Total IT, co-managed support for internal IT teams, or modular Amplify IT from ITS. Every model includes monitoring and patch management, and fully managed clients get a 24/7 service desk covering Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.

A business with staff in Overland Park, Olathe, and downtown Kansas City can run every office on one standard: the same monitoring, the same patching schedule, and the same service desk, with configurations kept consistent as the company adds locations.

ITS strategic IT services pair with a designated Strategic Advisor, quarterly strategic reviews, and a five-year technology roadmap, and access to a vCISO through the Cybersecurity Governance Program. Advisors help leaders plan budgets, hardware replacements, and risk priorities as one program instead of a string of separate purchases.

When a company opens a second office across the state line or folds in an acquired business, the roadmap shows which systems to standardize first.

ITS Professional Services handles defined IT projects for Kansas City organizations, including moving servers and email, building networks for new offices, developing custom applications, assessing technology and running IT due diligence, and managing each project. For custom applications, ITS is also a Claris FileMaker Platinum Partner.

Moving into a new Overland Park suite, relocating servers into ITS Private Cloud, or reviewing a target company’s IT before an acquisition each begins with a scoped assessment and a project plan.
