IT Solutions Launches Third L.E.A.D. Program Cohort to Invest in Emerging Leaders

IT Solutions (ITS) is proud to announce the launch of its third L.E.A.D. (Lead, Engage, Ambassadorship, and Develop) Program cohort, reinforcing the company’s commitment to developing talent and supporting long-term employee success.

The Spring 2026 cohort includes:

  • Alex Hilliard, Deployment Services Engineer
  • Michael (Mike) Della Pia Jr., Strategic Advisor
  • Pejmond Hodaee, Professional Services Engineer
  • Todd Barnhart, Security Analyst
  • Tyler Royal, Support Services Engineer
  • Houston Douglas, Professional Services Senior Engineer

Designed to empower emerging leaders across the organization, the L.E.A.D. Program provides selected participants with opportunities to expand their impact through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project work. Over the course of six months, cohort members will contribute to advancing key organizational opportunities and initiatives in various aspects of the business. The program brings together a diverse group of professionals and provides a stage where these Solutionites from around the organization can shine, leveraging their unique experience and fresh perspectives

For others in the cohort, the experience is already making an impact.

“I didn’t expect how much day one would challenge and inspire me,” said Alex Hilliard, ITS Deployment Services Engineer. “I joined a meeting with leaders at ITS and was reminded that preparation and curiosity go a long way, no matter where you are in your career.”
