This Privacy Notice explains the information policies of IT Solutions Consulting, LLC. In addition, the Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use and disclose Personal Information of users (employees of our clients), business partners (3rd party vendors IT Solutions Consulting, LLC, uses to provide its services), and any prospective partners, clients, users, and visitors. Chat interactions are initiated by you and are processed as necessary to respond to your inquiries and provide requested services. Chat interactions may be recorded and stored to help us respond to inquiries, provide customer support, improve our services, and for sales and marketing follow-up where appropriate. These interactions may be associated with other Personal Information you have provided to us and may be stored within our customer relationship management system. HubSpot processes this information on our behalf in accordance with our contractual agreements with them.

Microsoft Clarity may generate heatmaps and anonymized session recording replays to analyze website usage patterns. Personal Information That We Obtain from Third-Party Sources:
IT Solutions Consulting, LLC, may also collect Personal Information from commercially available sources but only where we are legally permitted to do so. The Personal Information we collect from these commercial sources may be combined and cross-referenced with Personal Information we collect through the Services. Other than as stated in this Privacy Notice, we will not release Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties. In addition, we will not cross-reference Personal Information collected through one client’s use of our Services with that of any other Client or entity.

IT Solutions Consulting, LLC, operates in the United States and Canada and may process Personal Information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

Global Privacy Control:
We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information, where applicable.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information – Homepage Link:
In compliance with the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, a prominent “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link must be displayed on the homepage footer of IT Solutions Consulting, LLC’s website. California residents may also exercise this right by contacting us directly using the methods described in the “Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information” section of this Privacy Statement.
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals:
Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for how companies should respond to such signals. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information as required by applicable law in California, Connecticut, and Colorado (effective July 1, 2024).
Non-Discrimination:
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights under applicable law.
Privacy Rights for Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)
If you are located in Canada, IT Solutions Consulting, LLC, processes your Personal Information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and applicable provincial privacy laws where relevant.
IT Solutions Consulting, LLC’s activities are subject to PIPEDA at the federal level. Our Role:
Depending on the context in which Personal Information is collected, IT Solutions Consulting, LLC, may act as a data controller or a data processor. When we process Personal Information on behalf of our clients, we act as a data processor. When we collect and use Personal Information for our own business purposes, such as marketing or website analytics, we act as a data controller.
Legal Basis for Processing:

GDPR Transfer Mechanisms and Privacy Tools:
When transferring Personal Information from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. To enhance transparency and user trust, we have implemented the following GDPR privacy tools: a consent management platform (CMP) to manage cookie consent and user preferences; data processing agreements (DPAs) with all third-party service providers processing Personal Information on our behalf; and records of processing activities (RoPAs) maintained in accordance with Article 30 of the GDPR.
