IT Solutions Advances AI-Driven Service Delivery to Improve Client Experience and Outcomes

PHILADELPHIA, PA – February 11, 2026 – IT Solutions, a premier managed service provider serving organizations across the United States and Canada, announced today continued advancements in its use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance service delivery and support human-led client engagement. The company’s outcome-first approach, augmented by AI, helps clients experience faster issue resolution, a stronger cybersecurity posture, and additional progress toward their strategic business goals.

Unlike approaches that use AI only for internal efficiency, IT Solutions has a deliberate focus on both employee and client outcomes. By reducing operational noise and accelerating response times, the company gives its teams more time to directly engage with clients, proactively manage environments, and focus on long-term success aligned to each client’s business priorities.

“At IT Solutions, success isn’t measured by how much we automate; it’s measured by the outcomes our clients achieve,” said Jason Hilling, COO of IT Solutions. “AI allows us to remove friction from service delivery so our teams can focus on what matters most: keeping our clients secure, resolving issues faster, and ensuring technology actively supports their business goals.”

Through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent ticket routing, IT Solutions has reduced unnecessary alerts, repetitive tasks, and manual handoffs across its operations. As a result, engineers can move more quickly from issue detection to resolution and identify patterns in security risks before they impact clients.

Since implementing this strategy, IT Solutions has delivered measurable improvements that directly impact day-to-day success for its clients, including:

  • 7,306 client hours saved
  • 105 million automation flows executed
  • 73% reduction in ticket triage time

IT Solutions evaluates the effectiveness of its AI initiatives by how well they improve service responsiveness, cybersecurity readiness, and progress toward each client’s strategic business plan and technology roadmap. AI-driven insights help ensure that effort, attention, and resources are directed where they deliver the greatest business impact.

“We are explicitly AI outcome-driven,” Hilling added. “Efficiency is a byproduct, not the end-goal. Every client is different, and our use of AI helps us tailor service delivery so that technology supports their priorities, timelines, and risk tolerance.”

IT Solutions emphasizes that innovation must be matched by responsibility. The company prioritizes the safe and secure use of AI, with governance, oversight, and data protection integrated into its approach to safeguard client information.

“Our clients trust us with critical systems and sensitive data,” said Hilling. “That trust guides every decision we make around AI: how it’s built, how it’s governed, and how it’s applied.”

As IT Solutions continues to explore new use cases for AI, the focus remains on intentionally improving its service delivery experience for clients. IT Solutions’ approach is grounded in more than three decades of experience, ongoing client feedback, and a commitment to delivering responsive, human-led service that supports each client’s real-world needs.

IT Solutions Launches Enhanced Service Portfolio in Response to Evolving Needs of Growing Organizations

PHILADELPHIA, PA – February 5, 2026 – IT Solutions, a premier managed service provider serving organizations across the United States and Canada, announced today transformative enhancements to its managed services portfolio to address market needs as businesses grow, modernize, and confront increasingly sophisticated cyber threats accelerated by the use of AI and automation. The updated portfolio reflects IT Solutions’ forward-looking response to changing expectations for how technology is delivered, supported, and secured.

Many organizations struggle to strike the right balance between internal resources and outsourced support and often lack access to specialized talent across cybersecurity and emerging technologies. Demand for senior expertise continues to outpace the available talent pool, while mounting cyber threats, industry-specific pressures, and customer expectations are stretching technology stakeholders thin and increasing operational risk. Moreover, these conditions necessitate an adaptable and tailored approach to IT ownership and long-term resilience.

To help business leaders overcome these challenges, IT Solutions has added to and refined its service offerings to support organizations at varying stages of growth and operational maturity:

  • IT Solutions has restructured its Enhanced Cybersecurity offering—an affordable and integrated bundle that gives growing organizations access to advanced protection that was once out of reach. As AI and automation have lowered the barrier for launching effective cyberattacks, the company continuously evolves to help clients safeguard their environments today and prepare for the threats of tomorrow.
  • For small and medium-sized organizations without internal IT staff, the Total IT program continues to deliver a fully managed environment that offloads day-to-day technology responsibilities. This support model strengthens security, improves uptime, and ensures alignment with industry standards, while providing ongoing strategic guidance so that technology decisions support broader business goals and initiatives.
  • For small and medium-sized companies with existing internal IT staff, Total IT Co-Managed delivers deeper collaboration and flexibility. The shared responsibility model is inspired by client feedback and empowers internal IT to maintain ownership of end-user support and on-site needs, while IT Solutions manages core infrastructure, cybersecurity, and endpoints. IT Solutions also provides escalation support, after-hours and time-off coverage, and strategic guidance to help reduce operational strain.
  • For mid-market organizations, IT Solutions has introduced Amplify IT, a newly defined solution that addresses a critical gap in the managed services market. Amplify IT is designed for organizations that require greater flexibility and specialization, enabling them to selectively augment areas, like infrastructure management or managed security detection and response, without compromising their existing IT structure.

“As our clients grow, expand their teams, and face new levels of complexity driven by AI and automation, the way IT is delivered has to evolve,” said Tyler Sanders, Vice President of Solutions Enablement at IT Solutions. “By staying closely connected to our clients and continuously evaluating how these forces impact their businesses, we’re able to adapt our portfolio and serve as a true partner—bringing the right mix of expertise, flexibility, and innovation as needs change.”

The company also delivers specialized managed IT offerings for the Legal Services, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Manufacturing industries, which incorporate additional features tailored to industry-specific compliance requirements, workflows, and security considerations.

IT Solutions’ approach reflects its continued growth as a multinational managed service provider, informed by more than three decades of experience, client feedback, and expanded capabilities gained through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Rather than forcing clients into rigid service models, the company’s offerings are intentionally designed for real-world buying patterns and operational needs.

The enhanced service portfolio is now available to new and existing clients. For more information about IT Solutions’ services and approach to your success, please reach out to your Strategic Advisor or contact us

IT Solutions 2025 Year in Review

2025 was a year of purposeful growth for IT Solutions, made possible by the trust of our clients, partners, and employees across North America. Together, we unified ITS into a multinational IT platform, developed industry-aligned services for healthcare, legal, financial services, and manufacturing, and strengthened our advisory capabilities across security, risk, and compliance. We also continued to invest in our communities, grew through strategic acquisitions, and earned recognition for both performance and culture. These milestones reflect our shared commitment to building a stronger, more resilient future for the organizations we serve and the people behind them.

Building a Platform for Success

In 2025, we continued our evolution into a unified IT platform across the U.S and Canada, designed to support organizations operating in complex, regulated, and fast-changing environments. This transformation was driven by a close look at where we could deliver the greatest value for our clients.

“What we really wanted to do was look at our client segmentation and identify the industries where we already serve the most organizations,” said Tyler Sanders, VP of Solutions Enablement. “From there, we developed more focused offerings to better support those clients and bring greater value to their businesses through technology.”

Healthcare, legal, financial services, and manufacturing emerged as key industries where specialized expertise, security, and compliance are critical. In response, we expanded our Total IT program to deliver faster response times, deeper expertise in line-of-business applications, and strategic advisory support aligned to real operational needs.

“For these industries, it’s critical that technology is aligned to business challenges and well adopted,” Tyler added. “Our goal is to help clients build technology roadmaps that support growth, efficiency, and long-term stability.”

Helping Organizations Stay Ahead of Risk and Regulation

Security and compliance remained central to our strategy throughout 2025. We strengthened our proactive technology alignment process, auditing client environments against hundreds of best practices to identify risk, close gaps, and continuously improve security posture.

“We take a proactive approach by identifying where risk exists and developing strategic roadmaps to improve security over time,” Tyler explained. “That includes aligning technology to both best practices and industry-specific regulatory requirements.”

To further support regulated organizations, we expanded our vCISO offerings to provide structured guidance on governance, compliance, and risk management.

“This program was developed specifically to help regulated industries understand how to become compliant and how to stay compliant,” Tyler said. “It includes vulnerability management, penetration testing, and ongoing consulting and governance advice to protect both internal data and external systems.”

A Modern Look Designed for Clarity

As we expanded our services and footprint, we also invested in how users engage with ITS online. In 2025, we completed a comprehensive rebrand and launched a new website designed to reflect our multinational presence and improve usability.

“We’ve grown both organically and through acquisition, so it was important that our brand reflected who we are today,” said Rob Bois, VP of Marketing. “We wanted something that felt modern and approachable while clearly representing our platform.”

Our new website is built on modern technology to deliver faster performance, simplified navigation, and easier access to support and resources.

“Whether someone is a client accessing the support portal or a prospect exploring how we can help their business, it’s much easier to find what they need,” Rob added.

We also expanded the Resource Center and leaned into producing video content to help clients and prospects navigate complex topics, particularly in security and compliance.

“There’s a real need for education in this space,” Rob said. “We’re investing in content that helps decode complex concepts and positions ITS as a trusted source of insight, not just a service provider.”

ITS Community and Making a Difference

While expanding our platform, we remained committed to making a meaningful impact beyond technology. Throughout 2025, our teams across North America, with the support and leadership of our Human Resources Team and Employee Engagement Committee, supported initiatives focused on sustainability, wellness, and giving back.

These efforts included an e-waste drive promoting environmental responsibility, a company-wide step challenge, and holiday giving through the ALA NYC, where we sponsored a classroom and delivered 40 gifts to students. We also supported philanthropic initiatives, including Movember in Toronto, the Saint Nicolas Ball in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Futures First Blue Carpet Event in Kansas City, Thistle Farms’ “Light the Way” lunch in Nashville, and the 2025 ALS United Mid-Atlantic Annual Celebration in Philadelphia alongside our clients.

Growing Together

Growth through acquisition is never just about scale. For us, it’s about bringing together people, expertise, and shared values to better support our clients and one another. In 2025, we strengthened our platform and expanded our reach through acquisitions across North America. We were proud to welcome CopperTree in Waterloo, Ontario; Cutting Edge in Orlando, Florida; Affinity Technology Partners in Nashville, Tennessee; and Technology Associates in Raleigh, North Carolina into IT Solutions.

Each organization has brought exceptional talent, regional expertise, and shared values that enhance how we serve our clients.

How to Prepare Your Business for Windows 10 End of Life: A Step-by-Step Guide

Microsoft has scheduled the Windows 10 end-of-life (EOL) for October 14, 2025.

If your organization uses any Windows 10 devices, it’s important to understand what the end of support means, and how you can plan accordingly to maintain security, compliance, and operational continuity.

Impact of Windows 10 EOL on Your Business

The End of Live (EOL) for Windows 10 signifies critical changes in service that can impact your business. After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates, leaving Windows 10 increasingly vulnerable to emerging security threats.

Additionally, there will be no more features or support updates. The version you have at EOL will be the final version unless you upgrade to a newer operating system.

For corporate IT environments, this means a shift in focus to security risks and compliance issues. Many businesses still rely on Windows 10 devices due to their solid performance record, but with EOL approaching, it is crucial to plan for upgrades or replacements of critical systems. Continuing to use outdated systems not only heightens security risks but can also lead to compliance violations.

Organizations must prepare by ensuring that any necessary support after the EOL date is secured through pre-existing contracts. This is because direct support will be significantly reduced after October 2025. Proactively addressing these changes will help safeguard your business and maintain compliance.

Strategic Reccommendations for Businesses

While change is inevitable, it doesn’t have to be daunting. By adopting a well-defined strategy and customizing it to fit your unique business needs, you can navigate EOL with confidence and ease.

Immediate Actions

1. Conduct an IT Audit: Conducting a comprehensive IT audit is a crucial first step in preparing for EOL. This audit will help uncover every instance of Windows 10 across your organization. With this information, you can create a triage hierarchy that prioritizes critical systems needing immediate updates.

2. Create an Upgrade Schedule: Once you know where to start, create a structured upgrade schedule. This will help you estimate the resources and time needed to implement the upgrades efficiently.

Planning and Budgeting

3. Estimate Hardware and Software Costs: With your IT audit complete, planning and budgeting should be your next step. Start by estimating the hardware and software costs of all your upgrades. Organizing these expenses into categories will help you prioritize spending and manage your budget effectively.

4. Account for Labor and Downtime: Remember to include labor and time costs in your budget since they are key components of the transition process. Upgrading each system may lead to temporary downtime, affecting your team’s workflow and productivity.

5. Invest in Employee Training: It’s crucial to invest in employee training that ensures they can successfully adapt to the new system and avoid disruption.

Upgrading to Windows 11

Transitioning to Windows 11 is the most straightforward upgrade for businesses looking to minimize disruptions. Built on the familiar foundation of Windows 10, this new version makes the transition smooth and manageable. With no immediate plans for a replacement, Windows 11 provides a stable platform that you can rely on for years to come.

Best Practices

When upgrading to Windows 11, follow these best practices to ensure you cover all key areas:

  • Check Device Eligibility: Make sure your hardware is compatible with Windows 11. Some older devices might not meet the new system requirements, so you may have to upgrade the hardware or consider alternative operating systems.
  • Verify Software Compatibility: Check your key apps and software tools for Windows 11-compatible versions. Most mainstream software should work seamlessly with Windows 11, but there could be exceptions. If an essential app doesn’t run on the new operating system, you may need to reevaluate your upgrade strategy.
  • Incorporate Compatibility Checks: Make compatibility checks a part of your audit, budget, and schedule planning. This proactive step helps you spot potential issues early, allowing extra time to solve them and keep your project on track.

Extended Security Updates
  • Enroll in the ESU Program: If you’re unable to transition before Windows 10 cuts over, Microsoft offers the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program.
  • Secure an ESU License: To access these updates, enroll in the ESU program and secure an active ESU license for each Windows 10 system you wish to cover. Bulk licenses are available by request if you need to protect multiple systems.
  • Treat ESU as a Temporary Solution: It’s important to note that the ESU program is a temporary measure (rather than a long-term solution) designed to support companies migrating from Windows 10. For more detailed information, Microsoft has created a guide to get you started.
