Cloud work starts with an assessment of which systems belong in public cloud, which fit a private platform, and which should stay where they are. ITS then handles the migration and the ongoing management, whether the destination is Microsoft Azure, the ITS-run ITS Private Cloud private cloud, or a mix of both with on-premises equipment still in the picture.

New Mexico organizations hosting systems in the ITS Private Cloud can add a standby copy in a second location, so an outage at one site does not take the environment with it. ITS manages the platform around the clock, and client teams do not maintain the underlying hardware.

New Mexico organizations are adopting AI to speed up daily work, and governance is what separates a safe rollout from an uncontrolled one. Our AI Governance & Enablement Practice helps you securely adopt and manage AI across the organization, while keeping control of your data, your risk, and the requirements that apply to your industry.

Managed IT from ITS comes in three shapes for Albuquerque companies: Total IT, where ITS runs the whole environment; Total IT Co-Managed, where ITS works alongside internal staff; and Amplify IT from ITS, where an organization picks the modules it needs. System monitoring and patch management are included in each, and Total IT adds service desk access at any hour.

Total IT Co-Managed suits organizations with IT staff already in place. ITS supplies the security stack, system monitoring, patch management, and escalation support for that team, and Co-Managed+ adds end-user support when internal staff are unavailable plus high-priority help outside business hours.

Strategy work pairs businesses with their own Strategic Advisor, who meets leadership quarterly, maintains a five-year technology roadmap, and brings cost and performance questions into those conversations. When security oversight needs an executive owner, vCISO leadership is available through the Cybersecurity Governance Program alongside the advisor relationship.

Strategy engagements also cover IT lifecycle planning and cost and performance optimization for New Mexico clients, which means tracking when equipment reaches replacement age, reviewing what current technology spending returns, and sequencing planned projects against the roadmap the advisor maintains.

ITS Professional Services covers the project work that sits outside daily support for organizations: email and server migrations, network and infrastructure builds for new or expanding offices, custom application development, technology assessments, IT due diligence, and the project management that keeps each engagement moving on its agreed scope.

New firewall, switch, and server implementations for businesses are handled as Professional Services projects, separate from day-to-day managed services work, so each build is scoped, quoted, and scheduled on its own before equipment is ordered and installed.
