ITS moves businesses into the cloud through readiness assessments, migration projects, and ongoing management, using Microsoft Azure for public cloud, ITS Private Cloud for private hosting that ITS runs itself, or a hybrid design when some systems need to stay on premises.

Nashville organizations hosting systems in the ITS Private Cloud reach them securely from the office or anywhere else staff work. ITS maintains the platform, handles its monitoring and patching, and reviews capacity as part of ongoing management rather than leaving it to the client to track.

Middle Tennessee organizations are adopting AI to improve productivity and streamline routine work, but success requires more than selecting the right tools. Our AI Governance & Enablement Practice helps you securely adopt and manage AI across the organization, while maintaining control over patient and client data, risk, and regulatory obligations.

ITS delivers managed IT through Total IT when the whole environment should be covered, Total IT Co-Managed for companies that already employ IT staff, and Amplify IT from ITS when only certain areas need support. Monitoring and patching are part of all three.

For Total IT clients, employee onboarding and offboarding covers setting up access for new hires, removing access for departing staff, moving data where it is needed, and a follow-up audit that verifies accounts match the change the company requested.

Strategic planning with ITS gives organizations a Strategic Advisor on a quarterly leadership cadence, a five-year technology roadmap tied to budgets and hardware lifecycles, and a vCISO under the Governance Program when security direction belongs at the executive table.

Healthcare organizations can choose the Governance Program’s Regulatory Path aligned to HIPAA, which ties the annual assessment, the security roadmap, and policy work to that framework instead of a general security baseline.

ITS Professional Services handles project work, including migrations of email, files, and servers, infrastructure for new or expanded offices, building custom applications, reviewing technology ahead of acquisitions, and managing each project until the new systems are handed over to the client team.

Windows workstations bought through ITS for a Total IT client’s new office are staged at the ITS Deployment Services Center, loaded with the standard ITS build, and tested with the client’s applications before shipping.
