ITS handles cloud readiness assessments, migrations, and ongoing management for Tucson businesses across Microsoft Azure, ITS Private Cloud, and hybrid combinations of the two. ITS staff monitor and manage the ITS Private Cloud infrastructure around the clock, so Tucson clients hosting there do not maintain the underlying hardware themselves.

Tucson organizations using the ITS Private Cloud get a hosted environment ITS builds and maintains, with Microsoft licensing handled as part of the service. That removes both the hardware refresh cycle and the licensing tracking that usually comes with running servers in house.

Southern Arizona organizations are adopting AI to streamline daily work, and the hard part is governing it rather than choosing it. Our AI Governance & Enablement Practice helps you adopt and manage AI securely across the organization, while maintaining control over your data, your risk, and the standards your clients and regulators expect.

ITS supports Tucson businesses with managed IT sized to their team: Total IT for fully managed coverage, Total IT Co-Managed when internal IT staff are already in place, and Amplify IT from ITS for modular coverage. Total IT users can contact the ITS service desk at any hour, and every model includes system monitoring and patch management.

When a workstation fails at a Tucson Total IT client, ITS begins with remote troubleshooting and manages the warranty claim with the manufacturer, so staff do not have to contact the manufacturer themselves.

Strategic IT planning from ITS pairs Tucson organizations with a designated Strategic Advisor, who reviews priorities with the leadership team every three months and keeps a five-year plan up to date, and the Cybersecurity Governance Program brings in a vCISO when security oversight needs an executive voice at the table.

For Tucson Total IT clients, Technology Alignment Engineers run scheduled alignment reviews monthly, quarterly, or twice a year depending on the size of the environment, checking that backups, endpoint protection, and monitoring agents are deployed correctly and that system documentation stays current.

ITS Professional Services handles Tucson projects that fall outside day-to-day support, such as migrating email and data, standing up infrastructure for a new or growing office, building custom applications, reviewing technology before an acquisition, and managing the project plan for each engagement.

New server, firewall, and switch implementations for Tucson organizations are delivered as Professional Services projects and sit outside ongoing managed services, so each one is scoped before work begins.
