With over 25 years of cybersecurity and operational experience, Jason has held numerous senior leadership roles within organizations such as LevelBlue, Trustwave, Netscout, IBM, and Internet Security Systems. With a diverse background in Managed Services Operations, Product and Service Management, and Business Development, Jason is focused on service delivery excellence, process scalability and maturity, AI tools and automation, and overall client success at IT Solutions.

Taylor, DBA, brings passion and expertise to ITS as Chief Human Resources Officer. She leads talent strategy, ensuring the company recruits, rewards, and retains top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity that employees are proud to be a part of. Taylor is dedicated to building exceptional employee experiences and supporting employee growth.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Tim stewards ITS’ financial resources while instilling a strategic financial approach across all business areas to drive long-term growth and success. With over 30 years of experience in positioning finance and accounting teams as key success drivers, Tim brings extensive knowledge from both the public and private sectors, with expertise in international operations, merger and acquisition transactions, IPO and public-to-private transitions, and regulatory compliance.

A growth leader with over 25 years of experience across executive operations and business development, Ben is responsible for aligning IT Solutions’ go-to-market strategy to deliver measurable client outcomes and sustainable revenue growth. He brings a robust track record of building high-performing teams and driving transformation through innovation and a holistic approach to client success.

Before joining ITS, Ben drove growth at DuPont through his work as a leader in Business Strategy and Corporate Development. Now the VP of Corporate Development at ITS, Ben brings 15+ years of business experience across M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Operations and is enthusiastic about facilitating new partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.

Since becoming President of ITS in 2000, later CEO, and now an Executive Advisor & Board Member, Garrett has shaped the company’s long-term vision, ensuring it delivers cutting-edge solutions that drive business success. He believes that responsible leadership—prioritizing clients, employees, and industry excellence—creates sustainable growth.
