Cloud services for Toronto organizations begin with an assessment of what belongs in the cloud, followed by migration and then day-to-day management in Microsoft Azure or a hybrid setup that keeps some systems on site. Microsoft Solutions Partner status in Modern Work and Infrastructure sits behind the Microsoft side of that work.

Organizations across the Greater Toronto Area are adopting AI quickly to improve productivity, but success requires more than selecting the right tools. Our AI Governance & Enablement Practice helps you securely adopt and manage AI across the organization, while maintaining control over client data, risk, and privacy obligations.

Managed IT from ITS reaches Toronto organizations three ways: Total IT for complete coverage of the environment, Total IT Co-Managed where IT staff are already on payroll, and Amplify IT from ITS for organizations that want selected modules. Monitoring and patch management are part of every option, and Total IT users reach the service desk at any hour.

Windows update patching is included in managed services, while patching for other software is an add-on for Toronto clients who take Total IT or Amplify IT Workplace. That option pushes routine updates each week for applications on a defined list, and major version upgrades are treated as separate work.

Toronto organizations doing strategy work with ITS get their own Strategic Advisor, quarterly sessions with leadership, and a roadmap that looks five years ahead. vCISO support can be added under the Cybersecurity Governance Program when security direction needs an owner at the executive level.

Organizations that are not yet working to a named security framework can take the Governance Program’s Core Path, which starts with a Security Maturity Level Assessment, builds the roadmap from those findings, and helps identify which compliance framework suits how the organization already works.

ITS Professional Services handles Toronto project work that falls outside daily support: email and server migrations, infrastructure builds for new or relocated offices, building custom applications, running technology assessments and due diligence reviews, and steering each project through to completion.

As a Claris FileMaker Platinum Partner, ITS builds and maintains custom applications for Toronto organizations whose processes do not fit standard software, and the same team can take over an existing FileMaker system that a previous developer built and left behind.
