Over the years, client feedback in the form of ticket survey responses has been a critical factor in helping us improve our services and overall client satisfaction and success. In an effort to keep a strong focus on this feedback and even improve on the overall rate of response, IT Solutions is launching a new initiative called Smiles for Success, with a local charity being the beneficiary for every survey response we receive.
Starting today until the end of March 2019, for each survey response recorded – from the satisfied smiles to the frustrated frowns , IT Solutions will donate $1 to our first Smiles for Success charity: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation.
